Though not the winner for highest profits, we can see that the area with the most house flips in 2016 was South Columbus OH 43207 at 81 homes flipped.

The zip with the lowest number of homes flipped was also the number one zip code for most flipper profit – zip code 43212 only had 11 flips in 2016, but profit was just under $135k.
