Central OH Market Report Wrap Up

As we see above, it is still a Seller’s Market in Central Ohio, sinceĀ Months Of Inventory is only at 1.4. The number of Pending homes (homes that went under contract) in February went up, and the average number of days homes were on the market went down, especially when compared to last year.

What This Means For You

Home Sellers: Homes that areĀ properly prepared,Ā priced, and marketed are selling quickly with multiple offers. Have a plan in place for selling and buying at the same time.

Home Buyers: Expect heavy competition for the best homes. Depending on your price point, you may find yourself in a multiple offer situation. Be prepared by getting pre-approved. Think about what criteria you are willing to adjust in order to find a home that fits your needs.
