Meet Rita

Hi, I’m Rita Boswell. I’ve been a full-time Realtor in Central Ohio for over a decade, and I absolutely love what I do. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people make big moves, whether it’s upsizing into a brand-new construction home, downsizing into a simpler lifestyle, or selling during major life transitions such as divorce, probate, financial challenges, or job changes.

Real estate is always personal, and no two situations are ever the same. That’s why my team and I focus on truly listening, staying responsive, and tailoring the experience to fit your needs, not just checking boxes or rushing you through. I also believe in thinking creatively to solve problems. If a buyer can’t qualify for traditional financing, there may still be ways to move forward. And if a seller wants to sell for market price but doesn’t have much equity, there are strategies to make that possible, too.

Outside of Ohio, my husband Greg and I own and manage two beachfront vacation rentals on Hilton Head Island. Hosting has taught me a lot about hospitality and service, and I bring that same care into my real estate business every day.
