Just so you know, Ryan and Alexander made a big mistake!!!! My husband Stephen Warner and I purchased a home on 388 s township road, Pataskala ohio in April. We moved into the property on May 1st. The next day we got rain storms and the whole garage flooded 4 inches of more. The following week, it happened again!!!! We called the city of Pataskala and they advised my husband that they know this property very well and they are aware of the flooding that this property gets every year and it's been happening for more than 10 years!! We are getting estimates from a few companies, and we already received w response from a company that advised that this will cost approximately $6,000 to fix!!!! I am holding Ryan and Alexander responsible for not disclosing this issue with the property and per the city of Pataskala, this has gone on for years!!!! When we advised our realtor what was happening, he called Ryan and advised of the problem we were having, he told my realtor, TOO BAD, we signed the contract!! What realtor behaves in that manner!!!???? They have broken all ethnics of the NAR and will need to be reprimanded both Ryan and Alexander!!! This problem will not go away!!! We will continue to push for this issue to be fixed! If we knew that this property had this issue, we would have NEVER PURCHASED THIS PROPERTY!!! We want answers and want this fixed like, NOW!!!! We have advised the BBB, NAR, ETC....i will tell EVERYONE ABOUT YOUR REALTORS AND EXP!!! We want this fixed and like today!!! Thank You, Mrs Bernadine Warner
